House Rules

 We ask all guests to treat The Topanga Cottage with care and respect. Please review the following house rules before your stay:

– Check-in: After 3:00 PM
– Check-out: By 11:00 AM
– Self check-in via digital keypad

– Maximum 4 guests — no unregistered visitors
– No parties or events
– Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
– No smoking indoors — outdoor smoking is allowed in designated areas with ashtrays provided
– Pets welcome (max 2) — see our Pet Policy for details
– Leave the cottage as you found it — trash may be bagged and left by the door or placed in the dumpster.

Please lock all doors and windows when you leave the property. We reserve the right to charge for any damage, excessive mess, or rule violations.
