The cottage comfortably sleeps four guests across two queen beds. We may be able to accommodate a fifth guest with a pull-out bed or couch sleeping—please inquire before booking.
Yes! Pets are welcome at no extra charge, but if additional deep cleaning is needed after your stay, a small cleaning fee may apply. Please clean up after your pets and never leave them unattended outside, as wildlife is present in the canyon.
Yes, free on-site parking is available for up to two cars. If you need additional parking, please let us know in advance so we can try to make accommodations.

We offer a Moderate cancellation policy:
- Full refund for cancellations made at least 5 days before check-in.
- 50% refund for cancellations made less than 5 days before check-in.
- No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in.
3 nights is the minimum stay required.
- Check-in: 3:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
The Topanga Cottage offers self-check-in via a keypad. Your entry code will be provided upon booking or closer to your check-in date.
Modifications may be possible depending on availability. If you need to change your dates or guest count, please contact us as soon as possible.
No, parties or events are not allowed.
Yes, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect our peaceful canyon community.
