The Topanga Cottage is committed to providing a welcoming experience for all guests. However, please note that due to the nature of the property and its original 1940s construction, certain accessibility features may be limited.

– The cottage is a single-level home with no interior stairs
– There is one small exterior steps leading to the front and back entrance
– Doorways and walkways may not meet standard ADA width requirements
– The bathroom is not equipped with grab bars or other accessible modifications
– Parking is located directly in front of the entrance on a gravel/dirt driveway
